Test engineer automotive vehicle testing (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • Diverse projects: Independent implementation of all legally required automotive tests, in particular main and exhaust gas tests (§29 StVZO).
  • Technical challenges: Processing of change approvals (§19 StVZO), verification of custom-made products or classic car reports in accordance with § 23 StVZO (H-approval) — varied tasks.
  • Wide range of vehicles to be tested: From luxury sports cars to cars to motorbikes — every day brings new challenges.
  • Direct impact: Through safety checks and test drives, you contribute directly to road safety.
  • State-of-the-art testing: Work with state-of-the-art equipment, including MAHA lifts, SHERPA roller brake test benches and AVL exhaust gas measurement devices.
Your profile
  • Expertise: Successfully completed studies (mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc.).
  • Qualification: Completed advanced training as a motor vehicle test engineer.
  • Driving licenses: classes A, B and CE.
  • Commitment: Reliability, a sense of responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
  • Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance and good German language skills (B2 - C2).

According to § 29 StVZO, the general motor vehicle inspection is mandatory every two years, for every private vehicle owner. It is used for road safety and is subject to price regulation by gWir sind HoldeinePlakette (a brand of HAS4 Technologies Nürnberg GmbH), an established and renowned engineering firm based in Nuremberg, specialized in carrying out main and exhaust gas tests in accordance with §29 StVZO and damage reports.
