Die Speicherung Ihrer Kontaktdaten zur Erinnerung an die nächste Hauptuntersuchung erfolgt auf Grundlage unseres berechtigten Interesses gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO an einer langfristigen Kundenbindung und der Erbringung eines Erinnerungsservice. Das optional angegebene Kennzeichen verarbeiten wir zur eindeutigen Fahrzeugzuordnung und zur Personalisierung der Erinnerung. Sie können dieser Verarbeitung jederzeit widersprechen (siehe Abschnitt „Widerspruchsrecht“).

Speicherdauer: Wir speichern die im Rahmen der Terminbuchung erhobenen Daten für die Dauer von zwei Jahren und vier Monaten nach dem Termin – dies entspricht dem regulären HU-Intervall von zwei Jahren zuzüglich eines Puffers von rund vier Monaten, damit die Erinnerung rechtzeitig vor Ablauf der Frist versendet werden kann. Danach werden die Daten gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen (z. B. steuer- oder handelsrechtlicher Art) entgegenstehen oder Sie zuvor widersprechen bzw. deren Löschung verlangen.

Wir verwenden die von Ihnen bei der Buchung angegebene E-Mail-Adresse, um Ihnen die Terminbestätigung, Informationen zur Anfahrt sowie eine Erinnerung kurz vor dem Termin zu senden. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Durchführung des von Ihnen gebuchten Termins). Eine gesonderte Einwilligung ist hierfür nicht erforderlich.

Darüber hinaus verwenden wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, um Sie nach Ablauf des Prüfintervalls (ca. zwei Jahre) an die nächste fällige Hauptuntersuchung zu erinnern. Rechtsgrundlage ist § 7 Abs. 3 UWG in Verbindung mit Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Sie können der Verwendung Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse für diese Erinnerung jederzeit widersprechen, ohne dass hierfür andere als die Übermittlungskosten nach den Basistarifen entstehen, etwa per formloser Nachricht an uns. Sofern Sie im Rahmen der Terminbuchung ausdrücklich eingewilligt haben, kontaktieren wir Sie über den Messengerdienst WhatsApp, um Ihnen die Terminbestätigung, Informationen zur Anfahrt sowie eine Erinnerung kurz vor dem Termin zu senden. Anbieter ist die WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Irland (Teil der Meta-Unternehmensgruppe). Bei der Nutzung von WhatsApp können personenbezogene Daten – insbesondere Ihre Mobilnummer und der Nachrichteninhalt – an die Meta Platforms, Inc. in die USA übermittelt werden.

Zur Verwaltung von Kundenkontakten und zur Organisation der Terminerinnerungen nutzen wir das CRM-System HubSpot. Mit HubSpot besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO. Eine Übermittlung von Daten in die USA wird auf den EU-US Data Privacy Framework gestützt, unter dem HubSpot, Inc. zertifiziert ist.

Diese Website nutzt den Google Tag Manager. Anbieter ist die Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (Muttergesellschaft: Google LLC, USA). Der Google Tag Manager dient dazu, weitere Tools und Technologien auf unserer Website einzubinden und zu verwalten. Der Tag Manager selbst erstellt keine Nutzerprofile, speichert keine Cookies und nimmt keine eigenständigen Analysen vor.
