Yes, selling or handing over is generally possible. Although many testing centers are linked to organizations such as TÜV or DEKRA, they are independently managed as entrepreneurs — and can therefore be sold or handed over.

Your path to successful succession Your vehicle inspection center(s)
At the beginning, we have a non-binding discussion — in person or via video — in which we would like to introduce ourselves and find out more about your testing center (s). The aim is to create an initial mutual understanding and to reconcile expectations.
Following the initial consultation, we sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA). In this way, we ensure that no information reaches employees, customers or third parties — absolute discretion is a matter of course for us.
After signing the confidentiality agreement, we ask you for initial documents. This gives us a structured overview of your testing center — e.g. location, test volume, technology, partner contracts and key economic data.
As soon as all relevant information is available, we will prepare a specific offer within 1-2 weeks. It includes asking price, delivery mode, timetable and further framework conditions for the possible takeover.
After a fundamental agreement on the offer, we draw up a legally secure purchase contract. At the same time, we clarify final details and — if necessary — carry out an in-depth review of the documents.
The transfer of business takes place either promptly or over an individually agreed period of time. With payment of the purchase price, we take over the operation and ensure a smooth transition — gladly with your support as well.
